Been wanting to try this for awhile. I had never had banana blossoms before
so it took me a few minutes of inspecting the "fish" to realize there were no hairs in my food 😃. Once I understood that was a banana blossom thing, I appreciated everything much more. Coleslaw was delicious and I love the thin fries. The sauce paired well with the fish also. Glad to support these hard working people!

These are fried banana blossoms. The texture reminded me a lot of artichokes but the
flavor was very mild. It was weird bc it does have a meaty texture, but this was something different and delicious. I had been wanting to try Willowbeez for a while and glad I finally did.
