Willowbeez loads this wrap with tofurky slices, baby spinach, alfalfa sprouts, Roma tomatoes, cheeze, red onion in a wheat tortilla. You can also choose your sauce, I chose the citrus aioli. It was so delicious and creamy. Somehow the veggies stayed nice and crisp while the cheeze was nice and melty. It also comes with a large portion of blue tortilla chips.
