A little dry but the delicious creamy icing made up for it.
Ingredients: Rice flour,

potato flour, tapioca flour, maize flour (non GMO), buckwheat flour, sodium bicarbonate, xanthan gum, carrots, apple, coconut, vanilla, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins, cinnamon, olive oil, coconut cream, lemon, erythritol, salt.

Tasty, thick, dense and not too sweet. Can taste some of the ginger and various

ingredients in addition to carrot. Very filling!

had, but for refined sugar and gluten free, this was bloody lovely!
