The hollandaise sauce had a super interesting tangy taste & paired well with the creamy

avocado. The base ‘muffin’ was really interesting too — it tasted somewhat like a tangy concentrated wholemeal bread if that makes sense. Also comes with a super fresh salad on the side :) #egg #eggsbenedict

I loved this dish! The base was quite heavy though so it was very filling,

the sauce is delicious but not quite sure what's in it, its not really like hollandaise but similar enough. 😋

was just a huge piece of avocado or a small piece of chewy, tough zucchini bread, topped with some cashew sauce. it was basically over the top avocado toast HAHHAHA don’t recommend :( was really excited to try vegan eggs benedict but was super disappointed, couldn’t finish this because it was too much avocado

~$20 Vegan eggs Benedict with thick, textured hollandaise sauce. This has to be the most

interesting version of eggs Benedict ive ever tried hahah. It comes with muffin and salad, a small portion tbh. The muffin is gluten free, but tastes abit bland even with the hollandaise sauce.
