White chocolate peppermint ice cream

This is one of Frankie & Jo’s seasonal flavors. The peppermint cookie dough junks were A LOT, both flavor and texture-wise. I really liked the white chocolate ice cream base. All their ice cream is vegan and very impressive. #seattle #seattlevegan #veganseattle
