This selection of grilled panini sandwiches were made using herbed focaccia bread and melted cashew
cheeze. I also enjoyed the range of sides, including the palate-cleansing pickled slaw, Chinese-inspired ginger soy shredded baiye tofu, and lemon herbed potatoes.

this was great too, but i think im not used to tempeh w bread yet
so i preferred the mushroom panini to this! the mozarella shreds were amazinggg but i think they kinda covered up the milder taste of the cashew cheese?
My favourite dish from Well Loft!! Nothing is better than creamy mozerella, umami-bomb cheese sauce,
crunchy veges and tempeh stuffed between perfectly grilled toast. Paired perfectly with homemade pickled veges.

Honestly not my favourite dish at well loft. Was a bit bland. The bread they
use is great and the pickled salad is lovely. The truffle mushroom one is much better.
