Located on level 3 of Fo Guang Shan, water drop tea house offers affordable food. This dish consists of noodles, shredded cucumber and carrots as well as mock meat in the za jiang mian sauce. Wasn’t overly salty. Good size portion too!

A lot of veggies. Good amount of sauce. The noodles is chewy and hold the sauce well. Adequate portion, finished without feeling too full.

Cubes of mock ham and shredded cucumbers and carrots. The taste is slightly on the sweet side.
