This was made with San Marzano tomato sauce, house-made cashew mozzarella, vegan Italian sausage mince,
red peppers, onions, and house-made vegan hot honey, plus mushrooms, arugula, and buffalo cauliflower. The buffalo cauliflower added a nice bit of heat to the sweetness of the barbecue sauce.
