This was my favorite meal I had in Siem Reap. Even though it’s called a

quesadilla on the menu, it is more like a tostada, but do not let that keep you from getting it! There was pumpkin at the base of this tostada and homemade sour cream and guacamole! I have been craving guacamole throughout my Southeast Asia travels, and this was exactly what I needed!!!

So delicious and such a beautiful presentation. Loved every bite!
