Qui dit saison des citrouilles dit Pumkin Pie, j'ai donc courru goûter celle de VG
Pâtisserie ! Un bon goût de citrouille, d'épices, et une consistance riche : tout pour plaire ! Les noix de pécan et la chantilly végétale sont des ajouts parfaits ! Niveau rapport qualité-prix : imbattable, pour 4€, cette bonne part que j'ai eu difficulté à finir (alors que j'ai un bon estomac). Le seul petit bémol serait qu'elle est un peu trop sucrée pour moi, ce qui a peut être contribué à la difficulté à finir.
En tout cas, si vous aimez les Pumkin Pie, foncez !
Couldn’t help getting myself fall’s special at VG Pâtisserie! This pumpkin pie is really good,
even though I have to recognize it is definitely not my favourite thing among all the treasures you can find in this tiny bakery.
It has a moist/creamy yet thick texture, which I find quite enjoyable. It has a gently sweet taste, with yummy spices (at least cinnamon and cloves I’d assume) to get you in the autumn-wintery mood. The crust is not crispy, but it brings a change in texture, which I find is what this pie most lacks.
What I most like about it has to be the generous amount of cream you get above each slice, topped with some pecan nuts ☺️
Not my go to when I go to this bakery, but still a nice treat, and at a reasonable price (4,50€) for it is quite elaborated and filling!
Estaba rico, pero un poco dulce para mi gusto. Hubiera sido bueno con un toque
de sal o algo que rompiera el dulce. Nunca había probado ni visto un pumpkin pie vegano, entonces súper original.
