This is one of my favorite dishes at Vegreen. For those who used to eat
meat and would enjoy a cruelty free way to have the same taste and texture again, you would probably love this. It's got great flavor and when you get it as the lunch special that comes with soup and a spring roll, it's a particularly good bargain.
