Quite possibly my favourite dish to order at this 1950's style vegan diner. It's a

Vietnamese rice noodle bowl with fresh veggies, cashew, tofu and "soy goodies" mean to emulate fried shrimp. So delicious and filling!

Amazing dish! Love thr taste of the veggie prawn, crispy and flavoursome.

It doesn't look like much but the sauce mixed with the vegetables, peanuts and "meat"

tastes pretty good.

Taste wise, it's great, for price wise, it is a lunch set, so it includes

soup and 1 drink. I feel like it could be cheaper, and I dont need so many liquid. It is essentially vietnamese rice noodles with mint, basil, coriander, cucumber, carrot bits of crunchy from cashew bits, and spicy sweet and sour sauce. The main tasty bit is fried tofu and a soy prawn looking thing. Size wise is decent will get full. But probably dont have enough protein and could do some fresh veggies.
