I was really excited to try their potato patties, as I usually love them, but
I am lazy to make them often at home. They were huge and tasted really good overall. They were a bit too oily, but that's understandable, since they are usually pan-fried. The side salad is actually what bugged me - it had just oil and lots of salt at the bottom. There are so many easy and amazing dressings that could have turned this into a perfect meal, but that opportunity was missed and this is why they lose a star ⭐ #veganinbulgaria #veganin2023
