I had this for dinner a couple days ago, not sure why I held off
ordering this particular item before because it was quite good 😋 The idea of just pairing a whole lot of items, bibimbap or poke bowl style still doesn’t register as yummy in my head 😅 The don consists of a brown rice base 🍚, sautéed black fungus with shitake, sliced up bits of battered king oyster mushrooms 🍄, blanched (possibly) pea sprouts, matchstick carrots 🥕, sweet corn 🌽, wakame ⚓️, and some avocado 🥑 It was really nice, especially the battered mushrooms 🤤 #veganisnotscary if you give more dishes a chance 🤞 #pbas2021
