I wasn’t sure if the noodles were supposed to go in the soup, but the
photo on Grab would suggest so 🤷♀️ I’d pass on this, it’s a bit too bland for a regular meal and somehow too peppery 🤨? for a sick day. #veganuary

I’ve reviewed this before so shh 🤫 though in my defence they’ve changed the recipe
up quite a bit. The soup is no longer a peppery mess and they’ve swapped out the soggy green noodles for plain wheat noodles 🍜 I can’t recall how good (or bad) the dumplings 🥟 were the last time round but they’re definitely really nice now. The mushrooms 🍄 were also done really well, and this is all in a #takeout meal I replated at home after having let the thing sit at the restaurant for an hour while I was getting my hair done 😵 #veganisnotscary and few restaurants in Penang drive the point home as good as Yi Ke Shu does 😉
