I love a good #sataybeehoon.
Not many veg*n eateries make them, so I’ll always order it whenever I see it on the menu. A generous serving of #peanut #gravy, #ricevermicelli aka #beehoon, a handful of water spinach aka #kangkong, some #konyaku fishball and #fishcake slices, and a stick of satay made with #monkeyheadmushroom.
