As with any #kungpao or #gongbao ‘chicken’ dish, this tasted #sweet and #savoury with the

right amount of spice. The #vegan ‘chicken’ is made of #monkeyheadmushrooms and it’s got a chewy texture, season through and through. Not bad with rice.
