The town I currently live in isn't big, so a new vegan restaurant opening is
a huge deal. This restaurant offers all vegan vietnamese dishes, I love vietnamese food! Since I've had this dish in Vietnam I was super excited to try it... It didn't taste as good as the supercheap version I've had in a sidestreet of a random small city in northern Vietnam BUT it still tasted pretty good! I would order it again 😊
