The cheese at this restaurant is the best we’ve found in the entirety of Mexico.

The fondue is incredible, the cheesy potatoes mouthwatering, but it’s the Mac and cheese that seal the deal. It’s hands down the best Mac and cheese we’ve ever had anywhere in the world. It’s creamy and cheesy and topped with a nice salty Parmesan cheese on top. Haven’t stopped thinking about this dish since we tried it
