I’m pretty sure this had an actual dish name but I can’t remember it for
the life of me and they don’t have an online menu. Sigh. This was one of my favourite meals ever and I think I ate it 3 times while in CDMX. Amazing flavours, the mashed potatoes were super creamy and unlike any other ones I’ve had since going vegan. The cauliflower had just a little bit of spice, and the kale chip on top was a nice touch.
