Chocolate cake with vanilla frosting and raspberry filling. The cake was light and fluffy, the
raspberry filling had a nice strong raspberry flavor, and the vanilla frosting was especially lovely. I was very impressed with the cake - I couldn’t tell any difference in flavor or texture between the gluten free and regular chocolate cake.
