Be still, my beating heart 😍 This Danish, wow... beyond words. This was

the first time I felt satisfied with any lemon filling that was vegan. This reminded me of the lemon pie my mom would make from scratch with fresh lemons. The filling is almost a tad tarte which balances out the sweetness of the pastry.

This lemon danish had just recently been removed from the oven, cooled and iced.

Soft, sweet, fragrant and sublime-tasting. The bakery on Queen Street is now called just Vegan Danish Bakery, just like their Thornhill location. Highly recommended treat.👏🤩
