This was so disappointing 😩
The actual ‘cake’ was simply not cake - it was
hard and rubbery and flavourless. I couldn’t eat it. The icing was better but not good. It had a lemony flavour but a strange texture. The only cheery thing about this was the sprinkles.
I ordered this as a 2 for 1 on Uber Eats for R60. It was supposed to come with vegan ice cream but did not. I also got 2 Prego rolls on the same deal and they were great (already reviewed their Prego roll long ago) so at least my whole order wasn’t bad but this cake - ugh, I was so looking forward to it.
