A healthy dish with fresh veggies. Broccoli 🥦 was nicely soft. I went in the
evening and they only had 2 dishes left so I went with this. I thought it was more of a Japanese-Western fusion dish (as you can order this with spaghetti 🍝 too) but it was more like a standard Asian vegetarian dish. Quite a similar taste to Green Dot - I feel the dishes can have a more creative spin and cooking style. The “minced meat” was a bit more crispy - I prefer it softer and stir fried for a healthier taste. And the dish sure could do with some good tofu for added protein. Sauce was a bit sweet and sour; I would prefer savory. Miso soup was nice and thick. For $7.90 it’s not bad for a meal I feel the quality of nutrition is there, but can be more creative. And it’s awesome that this place is all-vegan so I can eat everything on the menu there! Wanna go back to try more dishes.
