i am not a key lime pie expert, but i would say that this key
lime pie was a 10/10 in flavor but a 7/10 in texture. i was impressed by the light and tart key lime flavor and i loved that flavor very much; however, the actual texture of the filling was more similar to a whip than an actual set key lime pie filling (in my opinion). i did enjoy the actual whipped cream on top and looooved the graham cracker crust, but the texture was not my favorite overall.
