This was the dish my boyfriend ordered at Utopia. Before he went vegan "Gnocchi alla
Sorrentina" was is favorite dish but sometimes it's hard to find a vegan cheese that really works and doesn't feel "gummy", especially in Italy (at the moment).
So when he saw this on the menu he decided to order it and was not disappointed! The cheese inside worked wonderfully and the sauce was very good!
