Great taste. Much better than the original humus. Bit of a hybrid between a humus
and a tzatziki. Plenty of pita to go with.

If you love garlic you're going to really like the Hummus Beiruti at Urban Bites
on Telok Ayer. This is hummus loaded up with garlic and parsley, finished with olive oil and served with their homemade pita (which I love). Overall I was expecting this dish to be stronger but the garlic taste was pretty mild and I prefer the regular hummus more!
Love this spin on traditional hummus. It’s got everything you’d want from rich creamy hummus
but with an added kick of crushed garlic. I think we went a bit overboard with the garlic 🧄 on this meal 🤣
Texture was smooth and creamy, was expecting more bite from the garlic but it was
quite mild. I missed the tahini taste so will probably go with regular hummus next time.
