Soy beef burrito with queso, salsa, slaw, aioli, and greens wrapped in a flour tortilla.

I liked the flavor, but despite all of the sauces listed, it seemed a little dry to me. Would have liked it to have more sauce and/or queso either inside or drizzled on top. For $13 was a pretty good deal

Seasoned vegan ground beef, queso, pickled onion, tomato, quinoa, remoulade, all wrapped in a tortilla.

This was definitely really good, but could use more sauce because the quinoa can make it a little dry.

The star ⭐️ of this show was the potatoes, ofdly enough. They are perfectly spiced

and cooked! So filling. The burrito is stuffed with awesome things, I just don’t know that they go together super well. There’s a bit of lettuce in there, making it tough to save for later and reheat, and it’s massive! The flavors weren’t fixed well so the crumbles were a bit plain until I found the sauce in the way back of the burrito at the end. 🌯

But you can’t beat the atmosphere and concept. It’s a lovely place. 😊
