The meat(less)balls were really tasty and paired perfectly with the sauce, which was well seasoned and very rich.
The veggies were my favourite part 😍 they were simply sauteed with garlic, olive oil and salt, nothing fancy, but I think this is the most appropriate way to cook them: it really brings out their flavor and you can taste all the difference from the store bought ones! They are so fresh and flavorful, even with such a simple seasoning. Honestly, I could have eaten two more full plates of those veggies 🙈
