Another hearty noodle dish - the flavours for this one are quite subtle. The springy
kolomee remains the star. Goes well with a dollop of Thunder Tree's homemade chilli.
Confession - we ate this with a side helping of saltier and more savoury vegetables from another hawker stall, and that worked fabulously well together. #veganuary
The shrooms were marinated in sweet sauce and delicious with the QQ noodles coated with
toon sauce, sesame and seaweed. Came with a clear soup which tasted really good and wholesome too. Didn't feel heavy after the meal despite the generous portion of noodz 🍜 (could use more shrooms! Never enough for me)
This dish was coated with some seasoning that made the noodles really flavourful and not
dry, which I enjoyed. They were also quite generous with the mushrooms.
Went to the branch at Vivo, their mushroom kolo Mee and taukwa is nice!
