I don't know how they even crammed so many healthy and delicious things into this
well balanced wholesome bowl of goodness, the ingredients speak for themselves... organic green tea soba noodles with smoked tofu, wasabi cashews, avocado, shiitake mushrooms, vegan kimchi, arame, cucumber, spinach, pickled ginger & pomegranate seeds. #alv
points lost because the vegie bar still has just one non vegan option on their menu :/
