I couldn’t find the right superlative for how incredibly delicious this dish was…they all seem
inadequate. A vegan twist on traditional moussaka with eggplant and mashed potatoes, accompanied by a Caesar salad. The chef at The Smokin’ Onion just keeps upping his game, and all the staff are absolutely wonderful! This dish is a case of a special that I hope will make it into the regular menu, or at least be a frequent special. Fingers crossed…
