It's really good, a little raw vegan carrot cake layered with a cashew based frosting,
in a perfect world it would have more of the carrot cake layer but it's delightful just as it is !

My favorite cake I've tried here! Very dense texture and generous portion. it is
bigger than the picture makes it look. I think it tastes even better than a baked carrot cake!
