The Sandwich Company has at the moment two vegan lunchdishes. This one is an open
sandwich with beetroot hummus, avocado, crispy dried broad beans en edemame beans. It's simple and fine, nothing more. The ingredients are all fresh, the hummis is not very strong in taste. The price is a little bit steep (€8,50)
