One of the best salad I've ever had! It's sooo fresh with the juicy mango,
crunchy romaine, and vermicelli to make sure you're still satiated. I love the dressing which was tangy and fresh! #jaan

Sister-in-law’s dinner. Not sure if the soba is has gluten in it or just buckwheat.
However I did try some of the tofu and mushrooms while avoiding the noodles..... and pretty sure my tongue went on a holiday to Thailand. So very delicious!
i had high expectations because of all the great reviews i read, and it did
not disappoint! the dressing was really fresh and slightly sour, and all of the ingredients worked well together. i would definitely recommend.
