Delicate shell filled with juicy vegetable stuffing and realistic prawn.
This cost $20 for 10 kueh pie tis. I thought it was a little pricey.
The crispy cup was so, so good. Kids would definitely them. The radish filling could be even better if it had more umami flavour. I didn't quite fancy the mock prawns. Lol. Lovely presentation though!
The turnip filling was seasoned just right, not too bland or watery like the others
i have had before. The pie shell was also crispy and does not have a heavy oily after taste~👍🏻
