This dish was unlike anything I had ever had again. The seitan was sliced thin
and grilled, then topped with fresh rocket, avocado and tomatoes. Overall I enjoyed it but I am not sure I would ever crave this.
The staff was incredibly knowledgable about what is vegan. #seitan #veganinrome #avocado
