The rice is underwhelming, but the potatoes are great and the stuffed mushrooms are incredible!
The artichoke and spinach dip the mushrooms are stuffed with is so creamy and gooey 🤤 I could eat those everyday! #veganisnotscary

OH MY GOD this is Devine! The mushroom is sautéed, baked and topped with
artichoke and spinach dip and homemade parmesan 😋 The meal includes salad, roasted potatoes, rice and grilled pita.
Delicious stuffed portobello mushrooms. I love the spinach and artichoke dip that they lathered on
