I had the misfortune of picking 3 items off the menu that were unavailable before

finally landing on this 🤦‍♀️ I don’t gamble because I know myself to be an olympic medalist at catastrophe. Luckily this time though I was fed an #eggfree noodle. You need to be lucky with the staff here because even if you request to #droptheegg at many vegetarian stalls, they consider murdered chicks in egg a whole different game. Last time I dined in here I left hungry. In spite of that though, the scent of these #noodles brought to me the thought of exactly that 🍗 Why the hell does it smell like McDonalds fries? @m1tch9i in fact picked up on it first, my olfactory senses being beat rotten by my week-long stretch of being unwell. The texture of the dish while still oily was just lean enough for it to not mess too much with my throat. The serving is generous so I actually managed to take away some in my stojo collapsible for an evening snack. There’s not much in the way of #fakemeat or even variety in vegetables apart from a few slices of #fishballs and the usual suspects like cabbage, carrots, and fungus present 🎁 It was a touch mild and a little under-salted, even for @m1tch9i and I’s standards but I think plenty flavourful nonetheless. I can’t recall the price tag on this so it’s tough to say if it’s worth your every penny but for what its worth, you’re supporting a business with a slightly smaller hand in the complicit of animal genocide. Win win 🤷‍♀️
