Man, this is originality of the worst, most terrible kind 😣 I've been enough
times to India to know that the adjustment/adaptation of imported dishes for the local palate is often quite drastic, but there's no way you can call this a #padthai 😬 It was way too soupy/greasy, it tasted like half a curry dish, and the #ricenoodles seemed to have been cooked in the fluids rather than fried beforehand in order to offer that delicious char 😔 An abundance of cheap veggies, but nothing that would save this dish I'm afraid. Shame because this is a nice place on a nice street
