I think when it comes to sausage, the spices are what makes it, and this
has some great spice. It's probably one of the most flavorful sausages I've had. I felt that the texture was just a bit too soft for me, but that might just be the way it was cooked. I'd look for more of a sear next time. It is pretty spendy for me so I don't think I'll be buying it, but I'm happy to eat it if it's served to me! It did make a great breakfast sandwich with Chao cheese, TJ cream cheese, and sauteed pepper and onion.
