of fries! I’m pretty sure they used balsamic vinegar as it had the distinct sweetness, and the combination of that with the salt was just heavenly. It’s impressive how the fries never get soggy too especially since they’re so thin and well doused in sauce. My friends and I always get multiple servings of this whenever we come to The Guild which by the way also has a great service and ambience for chill weeknight drinks.

time seeing vinegar on fries but I was really amazed by the sweet part (I like my black vinegar very sour and most times paired with ginger) Still great with icy dranks
