These fries are unlike any other fries I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot
of fries! I’m pretty sure they used balsamic vinegar as it had the distinct sweetness, and the combination of that with the salt was just heavenly. It’s impressive how the fries never get soggy too especially since they’re so thin and well doused in sauce. My friends and I always get multiple servings of this whenever we come to The Guild which by the way also has a great service and ambience for chill weeknight drinks.

Is it just me or am I the one who don't like shoestrings fries? First
time seeing vinegar on fries but I was really amazed by the sweet part (I like my black vinegar very sour and most times paired with ginger) Still great with icy dranks

Interesting flavor! Sweet and sour. I always love fries though I think I still prefer
the original flavor as I’m not into sour stuff.
My favorite out of all the dishes we tried. Interesting use of black vinegar! Zingy
flavour with hints of sweetness.
