I really liked the cabbage. The marination really elevated the taste and slightly charred parts
were the best!

Interesting dish. Had a nice smoked flavor. Quite spicy and sour, couldn’t eat too much
at once.

Interesting way to dress up cabbage. But nutrition wise it's really nothing to me. I've
never had so much cabbage in one seating so there's that haha
