Sides: Baby Spinach, Sliced Avocado, Wakame Seaweed
Toppings: Mixed Seeds
Dressings: Balsamic Vinegar

Honestly it’s only ok and rather pricey; 
(and mine always have sooo much olive oil for some reason!) but somehow it does keep me full and makes me happy. They have super friendly staff though- support small businesses!!!

Value for money, a true hearty bowl that you can DIY from 4 bases of rice, soba noodles, fusilli or a salad mix, with 1 protein, 3 sides, 1 topping and a sauce.

$10 for this!! quite expensive tbh:( got jap rice with veggie protein, pear, corn and mushrooms (+$1) and soy vinaigrette. actually got the $5.50 for $10 chope deals thingy so it was $5.50 for me!! was quite meh actually and the portion of the base was quite small. really nothing special

You can customise your own Hearty Bowl, or choose one of the recommendations. I had the Vegan Mix Hearty Bowl ($10) which consisted of a salad base, chickpeas, edamame, smooth tofu, cherry tomatoes, beetroot, guacamole, and almond nuts. The salad bowl was fresh and tasty, though you may want to verify the dressing used as some dressing such as honey mustard is not vegan.

~$4.5 after 1 for 1, $9 original price! Ordered the hearty bowl combi with salad base and tofu/superfood grains/peas. They have a wide variety of healthy and filling veggies! Picked some of my favourite greens and mixed it with pineapple and goji berries, topped with sesame dressing. Filling portion too, quite worthy even at its original price :)
