I never would have thought to use seaweed in this way! Dutch Weed Burger (I

see what they did there 😜) creates unique meat alternatives like burgers and nuggets using seaweed—organic kombu to be exact. The burger tasted less like seaweed than I was expecting, perhaps because of the combination of ingredients that made the whole dish. It was yummy. They very kindly served at NARD, National Animal Rights Day. I recommend giving it a try, especially if you don’t prefer the more meaty-tasting alternatives.
