Quite different from a typical BCM.
The noodles used were handmade noodles (think u mian but thicker), and the sauce was more of a sweet soy sauce than the typical savoury vinegar-y BCM sauce. Despite the differences, I really enjoyed this, especially the texture of the noodles! Their fishball and fishcake were the type with chopped chilis and vegetables inside, which I'm personally not into.
