‘pork’ looks so authentically like what you would have found in your corner Chinese takeaway but tasted even better - succulent and tangy.
i prefer the ‘pork’ ones but these were pretty tasty too. Shittake bao buns. The only thing i would complain about was that there was a lot of sauce so the bottom of the bao bun was kind of wet.
