These #satay (tofu) were amazing !!
Sauce was rojak based with #organic ginger flower 🌸 had a nice chat with the lady chef/owner at #earthfest and think I’ll be trying their meal subscription plan #supportlocal 🇸🇬

the satay tofu was amazing
peanut sauce was spot-on and there was a naunced flavour profile w a savoury taste & hint of umami too
tofu texture was the sweet spot between soft & firm
