Baked Pumpkin

Baked pumpkin served with chickpeas and curry leave oil.

The pumpkin was very fragrant with the oil. A nice dish to share.

Really satisfying dish, lots of flavour and very fillinh

Can't really see it beneath the greens but this was pretty good!

Was aromatic and slightly spicy with the curry leaf oil.
