It’s no secret that I’m obsessed with Thai food and I’m always very excited to
try plant-based dishes at new Thai restaurants around Sydney.
We tried this little place before heading to the movies to watch Cate Blanchett’s new film, Tár.
Thick rice noodles stir fried with vegetables and tofu and flavoured with chilli. The dish had a nice fragrant flavour and good bite, which is to be expected of Pad Kee Mao. I would have liked an even more intense chilliness but I guess that’s on me for not ordering a side of fresh chilli!
